Using this site

This site describes our company and our products. It is information, not advice, and nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Our content

The text, images, the danblob wordmark and the chrome blob mark belong to Danblob Technologies Ltd. The product names whimzzz and Trynerz are ours too. You may read the site and share links to it. Copying content for commercial use needs our written permission first; write to hello@danblob.tech.

Links

Links to whimzzz and Trynerz lead to separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Any other site we link to is run by someone else, and a link is not an endorsement of it.

The contact form

Use the form to write to us about the company or its products. Do not use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or unsolicited advertising. The form limits how many messages one connection can send in a short period, and we may choose not to reply.

How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy notice.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be reachable.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Otherwise, this site is provided free of charge and for information only. We are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on its content or from it being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top is the date of the current version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the changed terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your own courts.
